I'm Jacqueline Kinsey, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), educator, and Independent Educational Consultant with nearly two decades of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, families, and educators across school, home, and community settings.
Throughout my career, I've worked as a general education teacher, special education teacher, behavior specialist, special education coordinator, and BCBA. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how students learn, how educational systems operate, and how thoughtful planning can create opportunities for long-term success.
I founded Pivotal Paths Consulting because I saw two important needs.
The first was supporting educators pursuing BCBA certification who wanted high-quality, practical supervision grounded in the realities of school-based practice.
The second was helping neurodivergent adolescents, young adults, and their families navigate the transition to higher education with confidence. Choosing a college is about much more than admissions—it's about finding an environment where a student can learn, grow, advocate for themselves, and thrive.
Whether I'm working with an aspiring behavior analyst or a family preparing for the college journey, my approach is the same: individualized guidance, honest communication, and practical strategies tailored to each person's goals.
I believe educational planning should be ethical, collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on creating meaningful opportunities for the future.
